Geranium 'Brookside' is actually a hybrid between G. clarkei and the 
Nepalese form of G. pratense which arose at the Cambridge University 
BG in 1982. Seed is regularly offered by seed companies and seed 
exchanges - so it's hardly surprising that a number of forms are 
found under this name. To be sure of growing the correct plant, 
obtain a true plant from a good source and propagate it by division 
only.
