Goodmorning Marge et al,

In our Zone 5-5b garden it is perennial and does not "romp" all over,
but does require Spring pruning, which root very readily, by the way.

The bed that houses this artemisia, is well drained and in full sun
from morning til approx. 5 p.m.

A. Powis Castle:a lovely silver foil for my D. Austen rose, Mary.
