I have tried to grow this with no luck overwintering it. It will
overwinter not too far south of me. Marvelous plant that I have
lusted for lo' these many centuries.
Providing a somewhat similar look is Marrubium rotundifolium, which
is hardy for me and actually does not totally collapse in humid
weather. Not quite the same as the Ballota, but about as close as I
can get.
