another Daffy puzzle

Hi Bill, Linda & Nancy,
	It is so nice to have Daffy experts on this list!  :)

	This is a cross post from the Hardy Plant list...

"I have some very peculiar daffodils I hope someone can help me with.  They
have six white petals around the outside that come to a blunt point, then
six more identical petals sticking straight up around the center, and
instead of that neat little cone you get on most daffodils, it has a bunch
of little yellow petals in the center, all jumbled up with the central white
petals. The bulbs are much thinner, kind of long and pointed, and white on
the skin, not brown."

	I don't know is he actually has Daffodils or some other bulb.  A photo
would be helpful.  He says he found them growing on an old property which
has since become part of the Nike world headquarters campus.
