Hi, Gene:

I just bought your book for my kindle and earmarked 'Living Landscape'...thanks for the info! I'm glad you're not letting that oxygen bottle slow you down:-) Please keep us posted on your publishing dates.

Down the (muddy) road, I'll dive into some Henry Mitchell again. Sydney Eddison has a wonderful book called 'Gardening for a Lifetime, how to garden wiser as you grow older' that's terrific. Eleanor Perenyi's 'Garden Thoughts' is also great fun as she's very opinionated while knowledgeable. Love Mrs. Greenthumbs, an irreverent and humorous book with excellent words to inspire. Roger Swain also has lots of space on my bookshelf.

Joanie, Others here

Came back in from raking the paths in the garden and dragging my oxygen bottle around for exercise. Will do the same today with good afternoon weather forecast.

I have one eBook published on Amazon. Shade Garden Solutions: Eight Essential Problems Solved for Successful Shade Gardening. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F9UFJPM Working on next title now hopefully for publication this early fall. Next one will be hard copy and possibly eBook.

My latest garden read has been Living Landscape by Darke & Tallamy

Since we're a bit off-topic, I wonder if I could ask which garden authors/books everyone might recommend? It's my favorite winter reading.

Gene, have you published? It's so nice to 'hear' your voice again!

I hope Chris won't mind a tad more off-topic chatter:-) I know many  of us are starving to get into the dirt and can't for awhile. We're super-soggy in Chicago with the generally warm temps over the last few months.
