If you plant these, I hope you'll trim them back when they're dormant.
Some people in this area (not very near me, thank God) have a tangle of
old perennial pea vines that must be at least three feet deep on the top of
the stone wall.  Who knows what insects and rodent populations that's
harboring?  It's horrible.  I don't care for the flowers either.  Margaret
