I've heard Tracy speak here in the Cincinnati area and she is worth going to
hear if you get the chance.  I suspect the book is hard to locate because it
is fairly recently published.  Any bookstore with a decent gardening section
should carry the Timber Press books, and with perennials as hot a topic as it
is, this book should be on the shelves soon.  Maybe they just can't keep it in
stock.
