I spent the last 3 years killing off the crown vetch and am planning to plant
this spring. The bank goes out on the horizontal about 8 feet and averages about
4 feet high. What I plan to do is install microsprayers (Rainbird) on the top
of the bank and let them spray out over it. They are automatic.
They only spray a gallon or so per hour, and should not cause a whole lot of
runoff. Still, I haven't done it yet, and wonder if anyone else has any
experience with bank watering.
