Nope.  Sublimination is when a material goes directly from a solid to a
gaseous state...like dry ice turning into gaseous carbon dioxide.

That's heat of fusion.....the stage where  water turns into ice (and ice
into water) stores up (or releases) a few calories of energy during the
process of changing between solid and liquid states of matter.
