We came across this site thru another list we are on it is kind of a fun
site for the winter months. Young children would be interested in this
site particularly if they had worked with robots and/or computers in
school.
Remote Gardening
Why fuss with mud and worms when you can watch someone else's garden
grow? At Telegarden you can view and interact with a remote garden
(located in Austria) filled with living plants. Users can plant,
water, and monitor the progress of seedlings via the tender movements
of a robot arm connected to a computer at the Ars Electronica Center.
