Hi Steve,
I was probably too ambiguous in the paragraph below. Anyhow, no,
HTML or other pseudo-HTML encoding should NOT be used in messages.
It makes things way too difficult for people who don't use Eudora/
Netscape/OLE/mutt mail readers. And it makes programming the
search engines a real pain in the rear! :)
