Hello Peggy,
	Glad I was of some assistance to you. Do not give up too soon on seed
germination for the Cimicifuga. If it is sown fresh (before drying out) it
is possible to come up after the first season for warm, cold, warm. If
dried out it may take another season. Just place the pots in a cold frame
in the shade and give them another year for germination. Add two more years
for first blooms.
