Thanks. Your article was very helpful. It's possible that what I have
is not C. racemosa 'Atropurpea' at all. I bought the plant mid-October
and it was just finishing. This seems late for a bloom period that
starts in July.
Whatever it is I have has a honey scent as you describe for C. simplex
'White Pearl'. I will make a point to try to properly identify what I
have this season.
The Cimicifuga germination info you had in your article is great. I
sowed some seed in January with high hopes but low expectations. :)
