The purpose of gardening is for your contentment-what ever appeals to you
should do.
Sorry to here about your hot weather. But at least you had a spring.

Here in Minnesota spring skipped us this year.

Two weeks ago it snowed and the high temp for that week was in the mid
forties, but last week end was almost 90.

Two weeks ago I was worried about every thing freezing and then in 7 days I
had to worry about drought and heat. Darn pump broke-so it had to be replaced.

Over the last two weeks I have had to get 6 weeks of work done, and have not
enjoyed my second favorite part of gardening (seeing the plants wake up and
grow in the spring) But thankfully we received some rain on Monday and a
majority of the orders have been shipped. So I plan on taking a day off and
relaxing a bit.

I hope every one is having a good year in the garden and the weird spring is
not as bothersome.

Paul
