Kudzu of the North

I beg to differ Bill. Japanese Bush Honeysuckle is the Kudzu of the
North according to Jim Wilson of Victory Garden fame. And I think he's
right.
I'll take chickweed or bittercress (aren't we glad we know what to call
it now!) over bush honeysuckle any day! No matter how fast I cut it down
and spray with Roundup, the birds re-seed it faster. It is ruining the
woods and byways of the north, shading out everything under it.
