Hi Louise,
My Pretty Jessica Rose was grafted and behaved as yours does
and was very spindly as well. I took cuttings and got them to take. It took
about 3 years for them to really get going but now they bloom very reliably,
irregardless of the weather and are much sturdier plants as well. It is a
lovely rose if you have the patience to get it going.
