Wholesale and Commercial sales

This is all pretty much regulated by the tax people, since they're 
the ones that want a share of the business.  Here in Wisconsin, the 
only thing that seems necessary to BUY wholesale is a State Tax 
Permit.  However, I find I can purchase wholesale from a place like 
Van Bourgondein simply by purchasing over a certain minimum.  SELLING 
commercially may also require other local permits, depending upon 
where you live.
