What to me would make a great edger for the perennial bed in the middle of
the lawn would be an L-shaped pound-in plastic edge that would stop (or slow
down) the grass roots from creeping underneath and also provide a mowing
strip for the wheels of the lawn mower to ride on. Is there such a thing? -
I keep looking in the catalogs.
