I don't actually use straight bonemeal, but it is in some of the organic
fertilizer mixes that I use.
I am curious what other suggestions you have about fertilizer though- please
share.

I can't help but wonder why anyone is using bonemeal at all. There are
better
fertilizers available. It's not a particularly good additive for bulbs. What
are you using it for that you couldn't use something better? What am I
missing?
