Jacob's Ladder cuttings

Which Jacob's ladder grows that fast?   I planted seeds from the native
Polemonium reptans when they were ripe last summer and only got little
seedlings.  Nothing was big enough to bloom.  Should I have pushed them?
Some day I will have many plants to fill an empty spot on the hillside but
will try some cuttings too.
