If a plant produces seeds, is it a given that the seeds will grow (not
counting mishandling of course)
For example, my purple millet from last year (expensive packet/10 seeds/4
sprouted/1 grew): I saved every seed from the stalk. Am I wasting my time,
more particularly space, if I try to start them?
and if I'm not, start indoors or out?
