I've been puzzling over this for a few days, but my best guess (and I'm still not certain) is Scutellaria aurata. I have no idea how it would have ended up where you are. :) Don't get rid of it just yet, though. I think it looks adorable! :) I wonder if it would grow in zone 5b.
