What perennials to start indoors now

I would like to add perennials in the fall, but I want
good sized, established plants. What perennials can I start
indoors now, or later in the early summer?
My growing place is an indoor sun porch with several
banks of fluorscent lights. Unfortunately, it gets rather
hot in this area and I'm in the process of installing window shades.
I've been very happy with this arrangements
for my spring perennials, which have now been planted.
