How about Allium christophii? Big, soccer ball size, drumstick flowerheads
that stand up nice and straight at about 2 1/2 ft. A lovely lavender-purple.
A real show stopper in my garden, but needs a lower growing plant (I use
Ladies Mantle) to hide the not-so-attractive foilage. Marilyn
