Pat,
I'm in Stamford, Connecticut, and estimate we're 2 to 3 weeks early, too.
My peonies are open, my siberian iris about done. I normally look for
Siberian iris to start opening at the very end of May.
It should make for an interesting summer... I'm mulching like crazy!
