Armeria maritima

Just bought a plant at Lowes and wanted to see if anyone else grows it. It's
called Armeria maritima. I did a search on it and I keep coming up with sea
thrift and common thrift. The tag says Bloodstone on it. Are they all the
same? I also want to know if i should cut the blooms off. It looks like it is
done flowering and I wondered if I deadheaded would it rebloom or is it
better to leave them on. Any help would be appreciated.
