Re: Romantic garden

I think I would add a Buddleja davidii, butterfly bush, because butterflies
really add a romantic touch to your garden. And the buddlejas are at their
peek of season in august when we spend almost all our time outside. And I
would not be without some lavenders in company with a trailing white or
soft pink rose. In a garden in England I saw a "thyme seat", the most
romantic stone bench, or more like a square heap of stones, with thymes
planted on top of it to sit on. Imagine the scent! But you have to wait a
while after a heavy rainfall before you get seated.
