You're having trouble with nepeta? Which variety? I have, and LOVE, 'Six
Hills Giant'. It blooms all summer long with no help from me and doesn't
need deadheading to do so. I've noticed a seedling here and there and
welcome them. Am I asking for trouble to keep them? I just divided a
two-year-old plant this spring into three separate plants and they're just
beginning to bloom.
For those who are interested in this plant, please be aware that the
'Giant' is in the name for a reason. Give it room and don't try to put it
in the front of the border.
