RE: Hydrangeas

Just as an adder to this e-mail....the limb being bent and covered with soil
needs to be scived a bit prior to putting it in the soil.  This will promote
the new root growth.  Once new roots have taken hold and baby hydrangea
seems to be growing fine, it can be relocated.  As Donna said, you may want
to wait 'til next season to transplant (this will insure new root growth is
substantial enough).  Don't worry, though, they don't do as much crying at
night as young puppies do, so resting is much easier.
