The self-sown ones begin germinating toward the end of summer here and the
seedlings survive winter without a problem. Blue must be a dominant gene
because most of the self-sown are blue. I've bought new seed to get more
pink and white. Yes, the seedlings do look rather like carrot or parlsey and
they do come up with abandon.
