Hi Nan,

I know the kind of closure you mean.  I don't know that it has a specific
name and I've never seen anything like it commercially available.  However,
with a little tinkering, it shouldn't be too difficult to construct.  I've
made up a graphic of the two types that I've seen and placed it on my Web
page.

These drawings aren't meant to be perfectly to scale, but could be used
