Seasons

I must be a seasonal person also.  I did enjoy growing cactus in California
and lemon trees; but how I missed the GREEN.  I love the rain and rivers in
Oregon.  The greatest reward is discovering Dahlia's and Rhodies and Clematis
and Wild berries of all sorts.  Oh and the ferns, well I could go on and on.
Now I live in a park, at least I tell my Calif. friends that.

When we left CA was in its fifth year of a terrible dry spell.  Last year they
had more rain than Oregon.  Does that put us in different snow zones.  Of
course you realize Northern CA is a whole different story from the Bay Area.
More like what we live in now.   Looking forward to it snowing.  The last two
years it snowed  by Nov. 18.   Just chopped the leaves off my Iris's.
