Hard to say.  You might get some of both.  Generally, forced bulbs are 
exhausted after the forcing process and need a year in the ground to regain 
their strength.  But bulbs, daffodils in particular, are so tough and 
resilient, I wouldn't want to predict what will happen.  I have planted bulbs 
of Tete-a-Tete that had been forced and have seen bloom the next year.  Left 
in the pots on top of rocks, I don't know whether you'll see the same thing 
but it is surely worth a try.
