My covenant runs out in two months - it was in place for 50 years. My covenant forbids me to have sheep, goats, horses or cows on my property (and any building to house them in). 50 years ago, 20 miles out of the city meant you lived in the boonies. Now it's just a hop skip and jump to the *big city*. Times do indeed change!
