I get rid of all of my leaves on the free pickup day. All I have in front
of my house are Sycamore and Silver Maple leaves, Yuk! I go out to
"Midnight Mulch Supply" to get bags of ground up leaves. People tend to not
put their leaves in front until the evening before pickup and I work
evenings so I get two or three trucks of oak leaves and 4 or 5 bags of
ground leaves on my way home from work. While my neighbors are raking
leaves, I'm spreading them. I then fold up the bags an have my supply of
bags for next spring. I hope they streetlights in before leaf time because
they have removed all of the old ones. It's hard enough to tell what I'm
getting at 1 AM.
