Hi Marilyn,
I grow Angelique tulips in my zone 3 garden and they come back bigger and
better every year. They have been in the ground for about 5 years and I
have just finished dividing and replanting them a few weeks ago. Hope you
have good luck with them. They are one of my favorites!
