More like harvesting seeds, acorns, and the last of the herbs. Fall is the
MOST hectic time here in the mountains. We have wood (winter killed from the
snow storms) to cut and split. We make fall trips to the apple orchards (will
have this from our own trees soon) for cider and apples and trips to the
nearby (30 miles) Maple trees in adjoining mountains. There is a lot of
tidying up and a single mowing of the meadow in fall too. I don't even spend
as much time on line in fall!
Blessings of the Changing Season!
