I am not sure if you are asking me, the one with the original question, but
if so I am planting these bulbs in a bed that already has LOTS of
perennials in it. The bed is straight at the back on the property line and
curved at the front where it faces the street and gentle curves all along
the side that faces the house. My husband and I were thinking that we
would follow the curve of the bed and plant in groups of three weaving in
and out. We would start with yellow, then filter in the whites, and
finally the poeticas. I would also like to naturalize under our old oak
trees, but I am not sure I will be able to get them in amongst the roots of
the trees. Any ideas and/or suggestions are most welcome :-)
