Anyone have any experience with this plant. I have one I bought recently at
a close out season sale. I knew it was on my mental "get one when you see
one" list -- but the Western Garden book doesn't even list it. And yes, I
have a new edition!

Anyone have a suggestion for something about 1-2' tall that blooms about the
same time as Johnson's Blue geranium, but is yellow?

Hi Susan, I think this is the last message I got too. I think they are
talking about what we call Ageratina 'Chocolate' here (syn. Eupatorium
'Chocolate' - those botanists have been at it again!) I don't know about
you, but I've got a garden cart full of perennials to plant now that it has
dropped into the 60s with a few sprinkles. Nice planting weather :).

This is the last message I have gotten from the list. Is something
technically wrong or we're all just in fall frenzy?

That is apparently true, since I've moved mine. The base of the plant is
shaded now and this is when it took off. Looks great now. Also, it is a
moister area than I had previously. Glad I moved it!
