Thanks for the information, Donna. I have quite a few amaryllis bulbs that
I'm not quite certain what to do with. I may try planting some out in a
border this spring.
I'll be interested to hear how you succeed with the ginger.

Where we FINALLY got some rain. I haven't checked the gauge since early
this afternoon, but I'm guessing somewhere between 2 and 3 inches in the
last 24 hours.
