If someone is still searching for a source, I found it today while
browsing through the Shady Oaks 2000 catalog I received today. It is
also in the on-line catalog at:
http://www.shadyoaks.com/home.html
I found the site a little "different" to navigate. Best way to find
this plant was to go from the "Iindex" on the home page, then "Perennial
Index" and scroll down to "Cardinal Flower". Common names are listed
alphabetically, then matched to latin.
