lily bulbs

Hi everyone,I am posting this for Donna Davis,she is on the perennial list,but has her computer in the shop.Donna's house caught fire 3-4 weeks ago and didn't burn down but destroyed the inside of her house ,with smoke and water damage,and she has been unable to get her computer back home,since they are living in a motel until they can move back into their house... What Donna wants to know is this.she has a lollipop lily and a casa blanca lily. she has dug both up and both bulbs look like garlic cloves,in sections.. She want's to know if each section is pulled apart will root and make another lily like a garlic clove will? Hope everyone can understand my explaning this. all information will be appreciated and i will copy it off and give it to her ....
