See now, I've never had any luck with Geranium macrorrhizum. :) Mine
barely comes back each year, although the other plants around it are
fine. Oh well.
I think I have the perfect spot for 'Cherry Bells'. There's a sunny corner
in my backyard that nothing will grow in -- that's where it's going. Ever
since I got my Campanula takesimana (

) from someone on this list, I have a new respect for Campanulas of this
type. Although C. takesimana is also fairly aggressive, it's well worth
it!
I do appreciate the warning, though...

I usually fill the wagon, then find a home (at least when they're on sale).
It gives me a great chance to experiment with new plants, and I wouldn't
miss that for the world!
I do try to match my growing conditions, though. I know that the sandy,
dry bed is almost full, so I usually avoid plants with those requirements
(unless they're better than what I have now). But what I'm really doing
is stocking up while waiting for the neighbor's house to go on sale so
that I can annex their garden space (well, everyone needs to dream, right?)
:)
