With all of the good advice on overwintering the sweet potato vine I thought 
I would try my hand at it. So I cut it back and will try it as a house 
plant. It is already putting out more growth where I chopped on it.

You know when I dug mine up I didn't see any hint of a tuber. Just roots. 
This is the first time I've grown this so I expected something else. I 
thought it was a little strange not to find a tuber.
