Re: Dividing Knowledge

Hello Duncan

I have been busy for the last 8 or 10 days cleaning up some of my
perennial beds and dividing many. Hosta do exceptionally well divided
now as do Coral Bell,Sedum, lirope, and Stokesia I do not have good
results with Shasta Daisy,Stachys, yarrow, Monarda,or iris unless I wait
until spring. Of course, I am putting everything into one gallon
containers, keeping them out doors in the shade, watering daily and when
the weather gets cold and wet(yes it may come someday) I will move them
into my unheated potting shed until spring.
