OK...I have raised several hundred Mandevilla in the past several
years......they are a tender perennials while the diplodenia is an annual I
think......both like full to part sun and lots of water.....they are also
related I'm told. I have tried to propagate the Mandevilla by cuttings
...both green and hard wood w/ no success. A greenhouse grower I know
claims he has good results w\ root divisions, although I haven't seen the
results.
