Dear Ed and Gale,
I have some experience with these seeds. Prairie false indigo seeds
germinate well if they are first soaked in warm water. I would give them at
least a 3 hour soak. Then, They are best planted in small pots and allowed
to grow, then transplanted into soil. Seeds of Liatiris and compass plant
are tricky. Many of them have seeds that aren't good. They would do well in
flats as would the rest. Just make sure they are well watered and well
drained. They all do best in a store-bought seed starting mixture like
Jiffy-Grow. Best of luck!
