Peg-it will work just fine, but it won't guarantee that you will be rid of
crown vetch forever. If you burn the area in the future, you may scarify
new seed, and get new plants. Keep up the procedure and in 4 or 5 years you
will have 'most' of it under control.
Exotic legumes are one of the most difficult plants to get rid of, they are
too compatible with grasslands.
