grasses

Alan

Prairie grasses are not hard to get rid of. If they were we'd still have 30
million acres of them.

Glyphosate (the ingredient in Round-up) can be bought in the generic form
quite cheaply. Depending upon the time of the year you can spray glyphosate
on the green growth and it will give you a respectable kill. Fall is more
effective than spring because of the translocation process. The chemical can
be formulated to give good results regardless of the season (spring 3% and
fall 1-1.5%).

Remember that it will kill anything green and wear protective clothing.
