RE: Manure Amounts

Greg, I appreciate your concern however please understand that I am not using pure manure.  I am using a mixture of manure and compost.  The compost is nowhere near as rich as the manure.  I have used a mixture of manure and compost in my raised vegetable beds for years with great success, the key is to balance the amount of manure against the amount of compost.  Heavy feeding plants like cucumbers, squash and pumpkins can handle a lot more manure than say tomatoes or peppers.   Thanks again for your comments.
